GROWTH MARKETER Company Description: Frederick Benjamin Grooming is a premium personal care brand transforming the Men’s Grooming industry with products and marketing that focuses on today’s multi-cultural men. Frederick Benjamin was started by a founder with industry experience and an entrepreneur hustle that started with selling products out of the trunk in local barbershops to now being sold in National Retail chains. Posed to stake a leadership position in the Men’s grooming space, we are looking for teammates with the drive, humility and desire to win.
Position Description: So you have a special knack analyzing online situations and developing creative solutions to win the business of hundreds of thousands of people? You get the importance of branding & high-quality content and how those come together to build campaigns that stand out in a crowded market?
The Growth Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing on strategies that grow the direct sales of products. You will drive a team of PPC and Creative partners to produce engaging communication strategies and optimize a 360 digital marketing experiences that continues to elevate Frederick Benjamin as the leader in the grooming industry for men of color.
Responsibilities: • Develop a Marketing infrastructure to analyze and report on performance of all marketing channels to influence data driven investments • Develop, monitor and execute acquisition & retention strategies and campaigns that drive DTC sales growth • Monitor website performance, and work with web team to roll out improvements • Lead creative team in developing content strategy and execution of assets • Develop & lead the brands digital marketing strategy and execution across all social and paid platforms • Basically, you’re running sh*t and responsible for growing sales on frederickbenjamin.com by using any tactics that meet brand standards and maintain profitability. At Frederick Benjamin, we’ve already laid a solid foundation and found product market fit and now looking to pour fuel on to the fire and have a blast doing it! Experience Requirements: We are looking for candidates with the following background and skills • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience • B2C Ecommerce experience • Proof of growing and retaining audiences via social, paid media, email, sms • Ability to lead a team • Familiarity with brand and lifestyle-based organizations • Detail oriented and always winning
