All Things Creative is a strategic communications firm specializing in outreach, education, and awareness campaigns for public health, community development, and human services programs. The firm offers branding, design, marketing, and digital media services for public, private, and nonprofit organizations both locally and internationally.
We are seeking a Creative Project Manager who will work with a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, developers, and strategists across multiple clients and projects. You will lead the team to deliver creative work from marketing campaigns to websites to video production. Guiding the team toward successful implementation while maintaining a strategic focus and staying on top of deadlines and deliverables are crucial for this role. The Creative Project Manager supports the Creative Director/Account Manager to manage client engagements and conform to agency processes.
This is a key leadership role and a critical member of our team, working closely with cross-functional departments to meet and exceed performance targets and foster a positive work environment.
In this role, you will: * Take ownership of projects from inception to completion * Be the primary liaison between the team and the client, working to maintain healthy client relationships through the course of the project * Have a vision and an approach for various creative projects and a thorough understanding of the project goals and the ability to direct accordingly * Effectively document workflows, processes, and procedures and train new staff on these things * Own the brand and marketing management of the firm, facilitating internal sales and marketing activities based on organizational goals
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Managing time, cost, and scope of multiple projects (small and large) simultaneously, ensuring the team delivers creative assets within established parameters * Developing and coordinating schedules and facilitating planning and scheduling for all project tasks, milestones, and events * Facilitating task management for all phases of the design process, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient internal and external communication and collaboration * Ensuring functional team alignment so that activities and deliverables are executed on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality. * Navigating and planning effective resource management: leveraging team members' strengths where most relevant and clearly articulating and overseeing parameters, deadlines, and expectations around project turnaround and time management * Managing the production and scheduling process with external service providers * Preparing written progress reports and meeting with/presenting to clients at regular intervals * Facilitating team meetings and ensuring everyone is on task and on time * Facilitating client meetings to review, scope, budget, and milestones * Shepherding multi-disciplinary internal teams through all facets of client programs * Developing and maintaining multiple project plans, including deliverables, key milestones, timelines, and schedules * Partnering with agency account, creative and social/digital teams and key client stakeholders to identify and resolve program issues * Ensuring the highest quality standards in all client deliverables * Diligently working to identify process improvements related to program management * Manage execution of internal integrated marketing campaigns and sales activities and assist with proposal development, market research, customer acquisition, and client intake
Required skills and qualifications: * Technical understanding of the workflow of creative and marketing projects; strong understanding of the roles and responsibilities within these types of projects—either through hands-on creative experience in writing, design, marketing, or production; or through previous experience working in this environment * Experience with marketing and sales coordination * Strong oral and written communication skills * Ability to create synergy among personalities and resolve conflict and friction that comes with the creative process without allowing it to derail the project * HubSpot experience is a plus

Required Experience: * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Design Management, or a related discipline * 4 years of experience managing strategic communications projects in a similar role (Project Manager, Production Manager, Production Coordinator, Design/Marketing Manager, Art Director, etc.) * Experience using project management systems and tools and cloud-based systems
