Who You Are: Ability to plan and illustrate concepts and content by studying relevant information and materials. Has fluency with illustration and graphic design; specifically with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign - other adobe creative a plus. Has experience with website design and/or development, experience with UX/UI and gif creation is a plus, experience with Hubspot a plus Has the ability to depict people and cultures of diverse backgrounds with nuance and integrity Understands visual storytelling, text hierarchy, and brand consistency; understanding of design within marketing Has affection for bringing content to life through unique design Customer service orientated; professional presence and superior client relationship skills Attention to detail with positive energy, and enthusiasm, and a desire for a flawless final product A strong desire to learn and grow as we learn and evolve Ability to work effective in a remote setting
Design assets to support media channels including social media posts, youtube thumbnails, profile banners and event posters. Create custom illustrations for collateral across all our service lines Draft unique designs for webinar series Produce white papers, one to two page guides, stylized checklists, and other collateral for both print and digital use Create icons to add to our custom icon library for use in slide decks and collateral Design and update landing pages and website pages in Hubspot Maintain the website as needed Ensure diverse representation across visuals and other designed collateral Liaise with team to manage workflow and prioritization
Ability to illustrate and honor diverse communities and people through design Ability to give and receive feedback Strong grasp of text hierarchy and knowledgeable of design trends Experience and interest in website design Excellent work samples Evidence that you are highly organized and detail oriented and fast Intellectual curiosity; team player; self-motivated; excellent communicator Above all else, you are bright, kind and motivated by challenge Ability to work/support across multiple time zones (in the U.S.) 2+ years experience
